There was a time when I was in the gym for an hour and a half. 30 to 40 min cardio and the rest lifting. God, it was great. And then, I didn't know how to eat. I can only cross my fingers and hope that I can find that time to get back in and do my stuff but eat right while I'm at it.
Just get in the gym. 30 min. That's a starter. From there, step it up!

Thanks tag... 30 min on the treadmill. I'm on it... and I don;t have P90X so I wouldn;t know what to do. I'll check back in when I'm done.....
