Feel good politics at its best. Looks good and sounds good on the surface, but when you break it down there are more questions then answers. I'm telling you CA is awful when it comes to this stuff. The whole "50 State legal" aftermarket performace issue comes from CA. You can buy a supercharger that is 50 state legal which means it is legal to operate in CA. Other wise it's only 49 state legal... wtf
