I should jump off here and get some house cleaning done, and prep the pork roast for later. Not sure if it's just a local thing, never heard of it until I moved to PA... Eating Pork on New Years Day brings good luck for the year. I dunno, maybe the good luck is in not being the New Year's Pig?
