you can click on the "go advanced" tab at the bottom of the quick reply, then click on the attachments tab on the bottom of the screen and upload the pics from your computer

now if you are wanting to post them from an image hosting site such as photobucket.com then you can just copy the link from the picture. click on the little yellow square with the mountains and sun in it at the top of the "Message:" section, then copy the link and hit enter and it will wrap the image link with [img] tags
