Trust me, the people driving a donked cars are not the same people that can't afford to get things fixed on their car. Wheels of that size and body modifications for that would cost several thousand dollars. If you can't afford to eat or fix your car, you certainly aren't going to be putting wheels on your car that are several thousand dollars.
