Lets face it, hybrids are pretty fugly..There's a few nice ones but you're not going to be buying them for the best MPG.
The budget goes from sky high to average consumer family car ranges.
Europe has a few now
The:
Audi Q5h
BMW with their:
F10-5 Series
Hybrid 7
X5h/X6h
While Mercedes almost has their whole array in Hybrids or plans to..
And their cheapest S-Class W221 is a hybrid.
GM has few as well the Volt that came out but its a plug-in...
And besides the malibu they don't have standard systems. The trucks are there but its a very nominal mpg increase.
Ford has a few including the Fusion and Escape..The Fusion is likely the best looking domestic hybrid sedan out of the box.
Hiroshima has their few, Civic's ,Camry's ; Several Lexii as well..
But, lets all face it.
For a cross-over the RX400h gets the best mileage..Then for non plug-in dependent models
The Prius and Insight lead the back. (but they're not the best looking)..
(One I helped build for SEMA 07)
For the Prius II:
There's this one which I like much more [Aimgain]
The newer Prius (3rd gen) Doesn't require much to make it look better (Wheels+ drop)?
Aimgain made another classy kit for it but I'd
not rock it as a Lexus...
