Ford probably won't put IRS in. I think I see what Ford is trying to do. They're going to try to make the 5.0 put out around 400-hp, but it will weigh less than the Camaro. They'll keep the live axel to cut costs so they can have a faster Mustang for less than a Camaro.

It makes sense that Ford could have a faster 0-60 Mustang in 2011 than the Camaro and keep the costs down by not offering IRS.. By not having IRS it is actually making those 0-60 times more consistent as well since there is no wheel hop..
