Was a joy coming home to find my spot is now a handicap spot with a car from another apartment in my spot. Called the building owner to find out what the hell was going on since I had no where to park my car now. The building owner being an idiot like the city engineers forgot this building only had 12 spots.
The old fart who was in the spot had 2 cars. 1 in the handicap spot and another in his regular spot. Me and the other apartment person who lost spots were in a uproar for days. I didnt care I still parked in that spot. After 4 tickets (which I beat), 2 cop visits, 1 tow truck trying to tow my car the city came and removed the handicap pole and painted over the wheel chair emblem on the pavement. I ended up moving a month and a half later.
