Ford probably won't put IRS in. I think I see what Ford is trying to do. They're going to try to make the 5.0 put out around 400-hp, but it will weigh less than the Camaro. They'll keep the live axel to cut costs so they can have a faster Mustang for less than a Camaro.
That is a good strategy. I'm hoping they put in IRS, though. I think that Ford has recently been focused on being more technologically advanced with such features as Sync. Adding IRS would definitely help with that agenda.
