Shouldn't weigh much more. It's still an aluminum block, and I'm guessing they just took the 4.6, bored it out and made some other improvements. Shouldn't be a huge weight increase.
Ford probably won't put IRS in. I think I see what Ford is trying to do. They're going to try to make the 5.0 put out around 400-hp, but it will weigh less than the Camaro. They'll keep the live axel to cut costs so they can have a faster Mustang for less than a Camaro.
