With the exception of an M3 or an Aston Martin, I will always own domestic vehicles. Thus far US companies have done a good job of supplying exactly what I want at a competitive price, so its never been a very difficult decision for me. If this trend were to fail though, I'd like to think that I could still compromise and support my national economy rather than contributing to its deterioration.
Of course, if I ever win the lottery, all bets are off and I'm walking straight to an Aston Martin dealership with a suitcase full of cash.
