To me, it's steryotypical. I consider, small, low cylinder motored, foreign Asian cars, that are moded in any way, to be 'Ricer'.

Some think you should have to add some 'Ricer' parts to it. i.e...... high spoilers, coffee can mufflers, lots of stickers. lol etc.............. I guess I somewhat agree.

I thought at first it was rude and racially crappy to refer to them as that. But it seems to be widely accepted, so I guess not.

Anyway, to me, Ricer isn't a bad thing, just stupid.

Kinda like Texas Longhorns. They do pretty much the same thing as everyone else, but you have to question their affiliation. Why would anyone EVER want to be a Longhorns fan.

(LMMFAO, so I guess LONGHORNS FANS = RICERS)
Ignorant and uncalled for comments, Randy. HAHA j/k

If you have to tether your vehicle to a concrete road barrier to do a burnout, you need to seriously re-evaluate your life choices.

And everyone saying they're doing it for safety is missing a key element. If that chain were to snap, there could be several critically or mortally wounded individuals in the vicinity. If you're ever going to think about EVER tethering a vehicle to anything, always use a properly rated NYLON tow strap.

And if they were really trying to be safe, as was mentioned earlier, they would have had someone very nearby with a very big ass fire extinguisher.
