It's very much like the 'Pony car' Muscle car' thing. It depends on who and where as to the definition. There is no OFFICIAL def.
To me, it's steryotypical. I consider, small, low cylinder motored, foreign Asian cars, that are moded in any way, to be 'Ricer'.
Some think you should have to add some 'Ricer' parts to it. i.e...... high spoilers, coffee can mufflers, lots of stickers. lol etc.............. I guess I somewhat agree.
I thought at first it was rude and racially crappy to refer to them as that. But it seems to be widely accepted, so I guess not.
Anyway, to me, Ricer isn't a bad thing, just stupid.
Kinda like Texas Longhorns. They do pretty much the same thing as everyone else, but you have to question their affiliation. Why would anyone EVER want to be a Longhorns fan.
