At first it was odd, but once you retrain yourself to use the mirrors this way it's very good. If a car is in my blindspot halfway for instance, the front half of their car is in my side mirror, and the back half is in the rear view mirror.
The rear view mirror is too big as well blocking some view. I bought a rear view camera, and plan to put in a thinner mirror from another GM product. |
This is how I adjust my mirrors. I also have a small blind-spot mirror on my passenger side mirror.
