The Challenger is NOT part of this program. Never has been in the past, probably won't be ever. There are only 5 RT's in the North Fla. region. They are hard to find overall as far as large inventories campared to other models. IE: They aren't backed up with them, so there's no incentive to cut price.
A buddy of mine just got his 09 SRT a week ago, and it was ordered a year ago.

Hah, your friend the dealer is clueless. Yes, it does include challengers. In fact, the Employee pricing plus, plus, includes all vehicles except Sprinter.
