They often spot speeders from a helicopter and pick them up later. The police have procedures to follow in regards to high speed chases. It's not the law that is unsafe it's the morons that are speeding excessively and endangering the lives of others. Take it to the track were it belongs. Buy I do think that selling off a guys car is ridiculous. Fines and suspensions I can see. But taking your car...that's pretty messed up. Good luck going for the gold...see where that gets you. lol
