ok....here are a few that will cause no damage....but will be a REAL PITA for the culprit.

go to a tires store or auto parts store where you can buy valve stem cores. and the tool to replace them. Put it on you glovebox. don't do this to just ONE tire, ya gotta do at least 2. remove teh valve core and replace it once teh tire is either flat or just about.....go to teh next one. that way they can't just change the flat. NO DAMAGE, just a head ache.

buy some PRUSSION BLUE, make sure you keep some latex gloves handy, you don't want to get it on you, unless you have a water sourse handy. on cars that you reach under the door handle to open them, smear it on the underside of the handle.....th-ey get a nice superise when they open theh door....and it messy, and takes a bit to get off of your skin.

if you happen to also have a nice truck....and happen to carry a small floor jack in the back, and a cinder block or two......check adn see if the cinder block will go under the Differential, if not....jack up the car just enough and leave them with the cinder block UNDER the diff...hope they have a floor jack.
