The LSX I sent you the movie on....minor problem...rod went into the cam !:(...a valve retainer crushed...:( the heads on the car were over 5 grand ,special built very high endurance...the kind like Nascar uses.....Jim thinks its a metalergy problem....he sent the head back to the builder...
You guys really need to study and plan , when you build huge hp....there is always a week link...I said to my buddy, ' dont you think the retainers might be that link....he said " no ,it shouldnt , those heads see hours of constant torque and heat from the track...go figure...right now is hundred thousand dollar toy is broke....sucks
