I was just remenising my first ride from the highschool years and thought it would be interesting to see what you all first drove in your teen years. Be sure to mension the year in time, vehicle year, make, mods, issues, etc. Go crazy

1989: I got my driver's license @ 16 years old and my parents bought me a brand new 1989 Ford Escort Gt 5 speed in bright red for my first car. I installed coilspring clamps to lower it. I painted all the interior lighting and white lettering in the dash with a red permanent ink pen. I painted the inside of the cutouts in the 15" silver alloy wheels red like the car. Most importantly, I added a 1,000 watt flea market Pyrmid amp (200 actual watts) and 4 Realistic 12" subs from Radio Shack. I listened to Beasty Boys and all loud bass musics, no highs, only loud distorted bass

I never took pics of the car but it looked like this one only red
