Speaking of deviations... Most speedo's are 1-2 mph off at mid to upper ends, right? I travel our highways Everday(speedlimit 65) and always set my cruise to 71mph(in the left lane too
) and pass HP everytime and they just admire the car and go about their business...
So... I agree with the LEO's... were not getting the whole story from your friend...
