edit: the turbo is only for the racers. Racers have spike strips, EMP's, turbo, and jammers. Cops have spike strips, EMP's, road blocks, and helicopter call-ins. Both sides have nitrous, but each side replenishes the nitrous differently.

Awesome!! I'm anxious to try out the EMP. Not sure if it was in the demo or not and by the time I wanted to try the demo ended. Just a few more days...
