She never argued the rules. I would have ruled to reset his TE if we didn't have the over-riding 'Computer Rules' rule. They were unaware of that rule. They never had a problem before. Once she was made aware, she never argued.
I decided it would be easier this way though. If you have gunpowder, and fire, you have to keep a close eye on it. If you remove the fire, you don't have to worry about the gunpowder as much. You just have to make sure you don't play with matches. Why keep them together?
Problem solved.
