I bet they are close to the GT500 with the regular key. It is significantly lighter than the GT500 in the first place with a nice HP bump over the Gt 5.0L which is far off the GT500's pace. With the red key it should be the same if not better than the GT500 considering it isn't street legal. What is scary is that it will outhandle the GT500 and supposedly can beat an M3 around Leguna Seca by a couple of seconds from what I have heard through the grapevine.

The 2012 GT500 and 2012 Z28 could both be in trouble on the road couse. It will be interesting to see the outcome.
