Congrats. And don't even sweat the negative comments. No offense but in no way is a Camaro even compairable to a Vette let alone a Z06.
First off they are completely differnt cars with a different market.
Vette/Z06 = supercar/sports car, with exclusiveness at an afforable price considering what it does.
Camaro = sports coupe, that is made to be an affordable fun car for the everyday guy.
The Vette is the flagship car of GM and American Sports Cars whereas a Camaro is an American Ponycar that will unfortunately always be second fiddle the Mustang nameplate due to history, global recognition and sales over the course of 40+ years. And don't get me wrong I am a Chevy Camaro guy not trying to knock the Camaro, I like it alot more than th Mustang as far as looks. But the only thing a Camaro has on a Vette is ride comfort for everyday driving or long trips. Although my 2011 C6 GS with Magnetic Ride is night and day more comfortable than my '08 Vette w/o Mag Ride for everyday driving or long cruises.
I have had noth cars and i realize we are on a Camaro forum but don't knock the guy for buying a Z06. I mean it is still a GM car and a car that most of us could only dream of having!
