There is a key distinction between the claim and what DGthe3 wrote:
When a company says their #1 concern is you- that's a very ambiguous thing to say and hard to confirm.
When a company says their vehicles are x $ cheaper to operate based on the following variables then these other cars- that should be pretty easy to fact check. I would expect that Toyota would be able to point to the source of this information, so really it's not the same at all.
