SO - it now takes 90 days PLUS in the State of California to get your personalized plates. I placed an order in late August, and the DMV told me today that all personalized plates are running long..
btw - anyone in California that wants to check directly with the processing unit - can call 916-657-8035. It's always busy, just keep trying..
