I guess I would start at the bottom of the totem pole and go up from there. There has to someone that plans the official graduation ceremonies within the administration of the school that she is going to and ask about it. I have no experience in this kind of thing but that would be my best guess as to where to start. It can never hurt to give it a try you never know with out asking.
