That front end is also similar to what the local Roushes have, anyway, i would guess it is some kind of Ford test mule by the off the shelf parts. CS front, spoilerless rear, GT500 performance package rims. From the ride height it also looks like it has a different suspension than a base GT. Actually this could either way. Off the shelf parts, all the extra test equipment means it could be a Ford Mule, the 9000 rpm tach is probably not how the engine rev, but I could see a 7000 or even 7500 RPM redline, on the otherhand, the lowered suspension and a-pillar guages and roushish lower lip means this could be a mustang mule for an aftermarket company, we need more info!
