So, am I reading this correctly:
You have two warrants out for your arrest that you are aware of, yet are left to wander the world until caught again? Makes sense to me. We have a great judicial system. What did you do to earn the paperwork in your name and $1,142.00 in fines?
That was one expensive jump start.
