the 07-08 is the model with the VQ35HR engine that requires the extra clearance from that hump you are talking about. get at least an enthusiast model, you will want the LSD if nothing else. I gave you plenty of details to work with, you'll just have to decide what features are important to you and what is within your budget.. : )
