Nissan had to do it with AWD, Twin turbo dual overhead cam V6 with so many nanny's involved that the car drives itself or your warranty is voided. Yeah. GM Better sweat the details on this one. Oh, and have you seen the transmission in the Nissan?

The transmission debacle, or more accurately Nissan's answer to that debacle, is the trump card here. Effectively Nissan puts a feature in a car purposefully making this feature a readily/easily accessible item, and then tells the owners that if you actually use that feature they will void your warranty?
Frankly I still can't believe that they legally got away with it.
