I worked on a flight deck for four years and have seen a few “flybys”. Mostly they are for video/photo-shoots. The “breaking the sound barrier flybys” required us to turn off most the electronics in the island structure first.

I stand corrected! Tiger Cruises have lots of "authorized" flybys!
