Actually, if you bothered to download the Broken Steel DLC from the XBL marketplace (10 bucks I think) or get the Game of the Year edition (like I did - traded in my old copy for a few bucks and up and bought the GOTY for the add ons) you get open play even after the game ends and all quests are fulfilled. Kinda fun to just go out and kill random stuff and roller coaster between good and evil.

FIXED, and i got rid of the game before and DLC was released, and never bothered to rebuy it.
