Operators!!!!! In the middle of the night they will call you and say,
POS - "We had a operation on a feeder"
Me - O. K., are there any customers calling in and complaining about no power?
POS - "uh, No"
Me - WHY THE HELL DID YOU CALL ME THEN??!!!
POS - "Uh, just to let you know."
And then you cant fall back to sleep.
