While stationed in Japan, I picked up a taste for Omelets filled (folded over) with (Japanese sticky) Rice mixed with Ketchup. I've added my own twist by seasoning with Ketchup and Tabasco (or other hot sauce) to give it a little kick.
...Steak Sauce or Worcestershire Sauce on omelets isn't bad either.
