Here's the math...
Lets say you won and had to dump that fugly thing on Ebay for say, $35,000. Your one-in-2500 chance means the true value of the ticket is 1/2500 * 35,000 = $14. You are paying $100 per ticket for a loss of $86.
But hey, Vegas exists for a reason.
