I agree it does take it to the next level. But people have grown stoic to just a normal video page. I used to use the javascript RR once in a while to keep people on their toes, but I never did it to the point of 3-times-a-day-super-annoyance. The bandwith for the one link I used to use has dried up and I searched and finally found the link that people have been posting recently, and ended up putting it in my signature (see quote and joker image
).
I think people need to be rickrolled once in a while, and a real rick roll like the link he posted. Not all the time, but once every other week there should be a test like the link posted, just to make people aware to take everything with a grain of salt, not everything on the net is what you think it is. If Blur continues posting 6 more links in the next 24 hours, I will 100% whole heartedly agree with you that it's being overdone and with hostile intent, but one time isn't anything to be mad about. It's not a malacious spyware site/malware/virus, it's just a waste of 45 seconds (or 5 if you know what you're doing) of the day. Take a joke and laugh it off since it's the first time you've been had since joining.
