Let me tell u, a 20 mph over 4 point ticket will ruin your summer fun. I live in MI so I decided to look into and seek the services of Wallace-Little Attorneys at Law out of Indiana. Must i say the best decision made. They got it reduced to "mechanical failure" ,( not sure what that is,but dont care), no points $180 fine. John Little did a great job and i cannot thank him enough.

Dont you think the legal system is flawed when just because you pay someone money they reduce things for you that would never happen if you didnt get a lawyer.
Usually they know eachother and just bullshit and "yeah yeah...okay sounds good". $300 later with a nod and a handshake they drop your charge down. Our legal system....for traffic anyways is all garbage.
I was at court for a reckless driving (over 80) in virgina on a highway. The guy before me was there for reckless driving on a motorcycle...which caused an accident. He had a lawyer and walked out with a $700 fine and supervision.
Me...no lawyer....$1800 fine and 6 month suspension....with a lying cop who changed around everything from what he told me when he pulled me over. Thanks great legal system.
