You could always just get the DVD's. The CW typically has the last few episodes on their website that you can stream, but I always hate doing that because the ads are glitchy on the website, plus you can't watch it "full screen" all the way through again because of the ads.
And any episode you miss is usually available for download on any of your favorite P2P file-sharing software. I always keep an electronic copy until the DVD's come out

I've got the older seasons on blueray, but that doesn't do anything for the current season. I screwed up and deleted it off the DVR.
