A. GM's already getting rid of three brands.
B. You can't kill Buick because B-P-G dealers would revolt.
C. Buick has a ton of brand loyalty. We tried the "Oh, they'll go to another division" experiment with Oldsmobile. It failed miserably.
D. This will be priced a couple thousand dollars less than a base model CTS. No overlap there.
