The story on Ontario Street Car quotes Challengertalk which itself was speculating based on seeing the SRT10 concept out driving a month and a half ago.
A see's a car and posts a picture, B see's the picture and beings speculating, then A see's the posts and writes an article about hype it started.
Essentially one fed on the other, and then spread. Only one SRT10 Challenger was made.
