Yes, but it has not been emissions tested in a Challenger, nor crash tested. Both of these cost a lot of money to do and depending upon how many cars they plan to sell and the cost of doing so determines if it is viable business. The MY 2011 SRT8 is already targeted at the high end enthusiast, so even if they did have V10 Challengers rolling off the assembly line, it would have to be in MY 2012.
Since it is a Chrysler motor, why wouldn't Chrysler be installing it then? Your logic is false.
