SLP did not replace the engines or remove the legally required emissions equipment. If you wish to bring up the 108 1997 LT4 fbody cars to refute this, these cars were
purchased by a dealer or customer, modified by SLP and delivered to customers. The VIN # of all these cars show a 'P', denoting LT1 original installation.
