Nice theory, but I know quite a few people who have actually quit after being hired in here and worked on the line 10 hours a day. When asked most of them say that they couldn't be paid enough to do these jobs. Granted some are easier than others but when you do the same thing 500 plus times in a shift I could see where it would get to some people.
