Almost every new point and shoot has a manual mode/aperture priority/advanced shooting modes today, so you would be able to take better pictures if you wanted to go with a Point and shoot, provided you learn how to use them. |

funny how you guys got all butt-hurt and defensive about it though
apparently Scuba Steve is the only one who could take what i said with a sense of humor
but it sounds like 2SSRS got a camera that he can take some much nicer pictures with. and i agree that he'll probably be able to take some amazing pictures once he learns how to adjust everything manually.
