OK I don't want to be rude, but Im not paying $40 for one

I can get what I want on ebay for $20, I was just gonna try and throw someone here a bone.

but I don't have that many, or is it that important.
Its for my wagon.

Got a person making stuff for it now but turns out they only do reflective stuff, so they can't do the banner. Which would be to much reflective stuff on it.
