Poitics cause fights. Fights have to be moderated for content. Our mods don't want to babysit all the time.

YES, they DO frown on degrading women.
Unwanted comments and material is deleted ALL the time. And threads have been deleted in the past. Just like the one in question in this thread.

As for the other type of threads mentioned earlier, this womans opinion is...
1) There are some beautiful and sexy women on C5. That they have the confidence and attitude to post their pics shows how beautiful and sexy they are on the inside too. Heck, if I was 20 years younger I'd join in! lol
2) Men like to look at and appreciate the beauty of the female form. Women like to have all that makes being a girl stuff appreciated. It's a great part of human nature that works.. best not to interfere with the ying and yang.  Besides, the Mods (IMO) do a great job of making sure a pic doesn't cross the line. I've never seen anything stay posted that I considered offensive.

The rest of the forum is a place to come and have fun and learn and share ideas about a car we are all passionate about.
Politics is NOT fun. Only controversial.
Stovall, I think you should have got an explanation as to why it was closed, maybe you will get one. (As long as you were the one who started the thread)
We are not prudes here. But we do expect as smooth running site as possible.
