Is there going to be a Bank Tzar? What about restrictions on CEO pay? Do they have to provide viability plans? Anyone demanding that pay and benefits get reduced to be equal to that of foreign banks operating in America? Anyone planning on boycotting these bailed-out institutions? Hell, is the money even a loan? Were ANY questions asked or conditions made for the financial institutions? GAAHHHHH!!
