Both of those phone are good. I have recently ordered the similar samsung through ebay. It is the samsung behold. Exclusively through t-mobile. However mine will be unlocked so not so exclusive any more. In addition, it has expandable memory up to 16gb, just like the iphone. However I have heard good things about the new razr v9.
