I don't like the Police anymore than most of you guys. But if you get caught speeding, whatever the policeman's motive, you were speeding. End of story. They may be less likely to let you off, but that's too bad. Don't get caught. No reason to complain unless he gives you a ticket for 5 over on the freeway or something equally ridiculous.
